On the set of "Splitsville," a Fox TV pilot. I interned with Billy on "Splitsville" and worked as his 2nd Assistant Cameraman on "Dingledorf."

A Hollywood legend, Dean Cundey's credits include some of the biggest blockbusters in movie history. For this photo, he suggested that we move out of the sun and stand under the umbrella. Always thinking about lighting!

I was glad to discuss "The X Files with its cinematographer! I asked about how dark the show was sometimes, but he was not afraid to take chances. The series speaks for itself.

Allen Daviau, ASC
I don't have a photo with Allen Daviau, but in the late 1990s I met him at the ASC Clubhouse and asked him if I could visit him on set. He invited me to watch him work on two AT & T commercials. He was very kind to me and I received some great lighting instruction from him.
